Handmade, and proud of it‍ ‍

Each piece is handmade, so slight variations in glaze, shape, and finish are part of the charm — not a flaw. Photos are a true guide, but no two pieces are identical.

Payment‍ ‍

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase, via Squarespace Payments (online) or Square (at markets). Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

Shipping‍ ‍

Pieces are shipped within Australia via Australia Post, generally within 3–5 business days of purchase. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your Carindale, QLD 4152 dispatch location. Once your order is packed with care and handed to Australia Post, I'll send you tracking — from there it's in their hands, but I'm always here to help if something goes astray.

Damaged or defective pieces

Email me a photo within 48 hours of delivery and I'll send a replacement or refund — no questions asked.

Changed your mind?

I accept returns on unused, undamaged pieces within 14 days of purchase. Buyer covers return shipping. Sorry, custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale.

Bought at a market?

All market sales are final — but if something's wrong with your piece, reach out and I'll make it right.

Nothing in this policy limits your consumer guarantee rights under Australian Consumer Law, which exist regardless of anything written here.

Order accuracy‍ ‍

It's your responsibility to double-check your shipping address and order details at checkout — please get in touch straight away if something needs fixing before dispatch.

All product photos, designs, and glaze techniques are my own original work and remain my intellectual property.

To the extent permitted by law, my liability for any claim relating to your purchase is limited to a replacement, repair, or refund of the piece in question.
