  • Each piece is handmade, so slight variations in glaze, shape, and finish are part of the charm, not a flaw. That said, if your piece arrives damaged or defective, I've got you covered.

    Damaged in transit?
    Email me a photo within 48 hours of delivery and I'll send a replacement or refund, no questions asked.

    Changed your mind?
    I accept returns on unused, undamaged pieces within 14 days of purchase. Buyer covers return shipping. Sorry, custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale.

    Bought at a market?
    All market sales are final, but if something's wrong with your piece, reach out and I'll make it right.

    This policy doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • Cancel with notice?
    Cancel more than 7 days before your event and get your full deposit back, no questions asked. A 50% deposit secures your booking. Within 7 days, you can reschedule or cancel and forfeit your deposit. Within 2 days, your deposit is non-refundable, except in extreme circumstances (illness, family emergency, etc.), handled case-by-case.

    I cancel on you?
    You'll get a full refund, no exceptions, if I need to cancel for any reason, that's on me, not you.

    Bad weather (outdoor events)?
    We'll find a new date together, safety first. If we can't reschedule, you'll get your money back.

    No-shows or fewer guests than expected?
    Refunds are based on faces actually painted. Let me know before the event if your headcount drops and I'll adjust the invoice, guests who don't show up on the day just aren't refundable.

    This policy doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • For health and safety reasons, I don't paint children under 3.

  • I use skin-safe, non-toxic face paints. If your child has allergies or sensitive skin, let me know beforehand and I can do a patch test or suggest alternatives.

  • Some pieces are food-safe, this will be clearly noted in the listing. None of my pottery is dishwasher or microwave safe, so please hand wash and let cool before use.

  • Yes! Please get in touch to discuss your idea.

  • Every piece is packaged with care using eco-friendly or reused materials. Postage is calculated from Carindale, QLD 4152, use the Australia Post postage calculatorto estimate your delivery cost and time. Currently I only ship within Australia.
